Which credit cards or payments do you accept?
Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express are accepted, as well as debit cards which display the Visa or Mastercard logo. We also accept payments from PayPal. We use PayPal as our payment processor but it is not requred for you to have a PayPal account for you to use your credit card. We use PayPal as an extra layer of security for your benefit and safety.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped. If you do receive an order that was canceled, accept delivery of the item, DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE, and call the Customer Service Center for return instructions.
How long do credits take once I cancel my order?
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt; however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you the freight charges in both directions. To avoid a restocking charge, please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all accessories and the owner's manual. Do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.
What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
We ship products before the estimated delivery date in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation: Offer an ALTERNATE selection of equal or greater value. Offer a BACKORDER and new estimated delivery. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment. CANCEL your order. On rare occasions, new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time.
Shipping FAQs
Where do you currently ship too?
At the moment, due to import and trade complications we currently only ship to the 48 Contiguous States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will normally ship your order within 2 business days from the day of your order.
When Ordered - Shipped No Later Than

The standard delivery time for orders shipped via standard shipping is 4 - 7 business days depending upon destination. You do have the option for quicker delivery service from UPS for an addtional fee.
Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Typically the vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, there maybe a delay in your receipt of your order as we will have use a different shipping method. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just make sure you fill out the shipping address section with the address of where you want your unique windchimes sent to and your information in the billing address section. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address when possible.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to the products ordered. We calculate our standard shipping based upon the total weight of your order. In order to help you figure out what your S&H charge will be, we have made sure every item is listed with its weight.
UPS Overnight shipping options are available, however, this rapid delivery requires an additional fee. This fee will be assessed by UPS.
